Wuliang Mountain is towering and stretches for hundreds of miles, majestic and steep. It is located at the junction of the Hengduan Mountains and the Yunnan Plateau, in the transitional zone between the central and southern parts of the northern subtropical zone, forming a three-dimensional climate of "one mountain with four seasons and ten miles of different weather". Origin of Wuliang MountainThe ancient Yinsheng City is located among the mountains of Wuliang Mountain, which was formerly known as Mengle Mountain. It starts from Nanjian County in Dali Prefecture in the north and extends southward to Jingdong, Zhenyuan, Jinggu County and other places in Pu'er City. It is one of the birthplaces of Yunnan's large leaf tea.
